The new Mini family showcases a modern take on the classic Mini, blending its iconic charm with contemporary engineering. Italdesign’s role focused on enhancing body and chassis performance, ensuring that the Mini retains its unique character.

BMW Group assigned Italdesign the task to coordinate the engineering, including the development and validation of the body, structure and chassis of the new Mini family (including Clubman and Cabrio versions).
This collaboration emphasized lightweight materials and improved rigidity, enhancing the driving experience while maintaining the Mini’s fun and agile nature.
