Terra is a premium wine glass designed to enhance the tasting experience of Piedmont’s renowned Alta Langa DOCG sparkling wines. Created by Italdesign in collaboration with Collevilca master glassmakers, this elegant wine glass embodies the essence of fine Italian craftsmanship and reflects the deep connection between Consorzio Alta Langa wines producers and their land.

Key Highlights

Crafted entirely in Italy, Terra’s design draws inspiration from the natural beauty of Piedmont’s vineyards, incorporating subtle references to grapevines, clusters of grapes, and the historic cellars where wines are aged. Its distinctive three-lobed shape symbolizes the three areas where Alta Langa DOCG is produced — Asti, Cuneo and Alessandria — and echoes the Consorzio’s logo. The glass not only enhances the visual and sensory experience of wine tasting but also prevents unnecessary swirling, a key feature for sparkling wines like Alta Langa’s Metodo Classico. Combining aesthetics and functionality, Terra is a refined tasting glass that celebrates both the tradition of Italian wine culture and the region’s commitment to sustainable viticulture.
