Davide Casini will take on the position of Italdesign Chief Technical Officer as of November the 1st, 2021, succeeding Antonio Casu recently appointed Chief Executive Officer.
Davide, 48, joined Italdesign in 1999 and since then he has continued to take on new responsibilities in the technical area and has progressively gathered new professional experience in body development, project management, vehicle safety and functional development as well as in new challenging sectors such as digitalization and innovation.
“I am proud and delighted Davide will serve Italdesign as CTO, bringing over 20 years of technology expertise and professionalism. A new challenge which I believe will be very stimulating and demanding,” Antonio Casu said. “Davide and I have known each other since our beginnings at Italdesign and I am convinced he will bring invaluable advantages to our company’s Technical Management. Given his wealth of experience also in the digitalization sector, Davide is the right man to drive Italdesign towards the new mobility “.
