Working environment
The position is located in the ADAS development department in Gaimersheim. You will take on tasks within the Traffic Sign Recognition team and be responsible for the concept design and implementation of the tool chain. The project consists of a hardware and a software part.
Tasks
A) Theoretical part
Familiarization with the Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2021/1958;
Definition of the concept for the tool chain;
Definition of the homologation test procedure;
B) Practical part on the vehicle
Creation of an evaluation tool;
Reenactments of type tests on the proving ground;
Recording, analyzing and comparing measurement data;
Support with the installation of measurement systems;
