Security Officer

Italdesign is looking for a Security Officer who will take care of security systems coordination, concierge, custody and surveillance of the establishments.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring the company properties, initiating the measures provided for by the procedures in impasse situations giving timely communication to its manager/ appropriate people
• Reporting dangerous activities and/or suspicious person in and around company buildings
• Management of internal investigation procedures in case of violations of regulations and/or damage to corporate assets, active prevention plans and countermeasures, operates in collaboration with the Group Corporate Security, the Compliance office and with the Authorities
• Responsible for the safety of the plant, report to the Head of Safety and General Services.
• Management of Security systems (e.g.: CCTV, Intrusion, Fire, etc.) certified within the Control Room.
• Managing the safety of prototypes by implementing appropriate actions based on the level of confidentiality of the projects and
  
• information processed
• Managing information security in collaboration with IT Security
• Participation in Group events and acts in synergy with other brands
• Coordination of supervisory providers
• Support for the organization of events/corporate initiatives
• Data processing for safety measurement, organisation of self-audit events, participation in official auditing events
• Supervision of the entry/exit of employees and non employees, in collaboration with the reception/switchboard service (Front Desk
  
• Receptionist),
• Following company instructions and procedures/provided by manager

Requirements

• Previous experience in similar roles
• Using of applications/tools to support security and call management (e.g. multi-line devices, PCs, radio equipment, etc.)
• Ability to interface and collaborate effectively and professionally with different stakeholders (e.g.: Authorities, Law enforcement, Managers
  
• and Security Officers of Group Companies, Suppliers, etc.)
• Crisis management skills, organisation skills, autonomy in managing their work and priorities according to the guidelines provided
• Willingness to change and work in teams, including international one

Other Informations

Education: High School Diploma

Language skills: Fluent knowledge of written and spoken Italian and English are required. Knowledge of German would be appreciated;

Place of work: Moncalieri (TO) and availability to travel
