Italdesign is looking for a person, who will be in charge of seat belt integration activities.
He/she will be employed in the Interior Functional Development Department of the German site of Italdesign. After a professional training phase, he/she will be responsible for direction, coordination, control, and completion of specific projects while remaining aligned with strategy and timing.
Responsibilities:
- Internal and third parties’ coordination to ensure the flawless projects development
- Implementation of the project requirements, from concept phase to market introduction
- Projects delivery on-time, within scope and within customer budget
- Technical verification to manage changes according to project scope, schedule and costs
- Guarantee coherence and consistency of the technical solution adopted in the project launch
- Risk management to minimize the project risks
- Interface with different stakeholders: engineering, quality, production, logistics departments both internal and also at customer side
- Periodical report of the project progresses internal and with customer’s interfaces
- Promotion of the work of the Organizational Unit within the company and towards the Group Brands

Other Informations
Education: Master’s degree in Engineering
Language skills: Fluent knowledge of written and spoken German and English are required. Knowledge of Italian would be appreciated.
