Giugiaro Design to develop new interior design for Russian Transmashholding Group new double-deck train

The interior design includes design of economy and business class coaches. Economy class layout implies 2+2 seats arrangement. Business class has 2+1 seats layout, chair covering will be natural leather of cherry colour. Business class chairs will be rotable, so that all passengers have an opportunity to sit in the direction of travel. Baggage shelves of the business class car are designed from toughened tinted glass. The ceiling will integrate low power light-emitting-diode lamps producing the starry arch effect.

Extra comfort travelling conditions will be maintained in VIP compartments, where a two-seated cozy lounge, folding tables and a large TV screen of a multi-media system are installed.
